Policy and Terms of Service
I. Lessons, rescheduling, and forfeitures.
1. Lessons are scheduled for the same day and time of each week.
2. Lessons can be rescheduled any time up to twenty-four hours before the lesson.
3. Lessons can be rescheduled due to illness, with less than twenty-four hours notice.
4. If a lesson cannot be rescheduled within the week, time may be added to future lessons, or two lessons can be scheduled to be taught in a given week, for up to two months.
5. Voice students with sore throats should definitely reschedule their lessons.
6. Missing a lesson without notice will be rescheduled the first time, if due to an emergency. Forfeiture of a lesson will take place, thereafter if no notice is given for a second time. Choosing to forfeit a lesson is not encouraged, but an option if the missed lesson is not made up within two months.
II. Terms and Conditions
1. Unless other arrangements are made, tuition for the upcoming month is due by the last lesson of the prior month.
2. The amount of tuition will be for the full number of weeks within the month. Occasionally, there will be five lessons in a month. Tuition will reflect the additional week.
3. Carrie a Tune accepts cash, checks, Venmo, and PayPal. Please keep in mind that the latter two forms of payment take about two business days to process, so please plan ahead.
III. Thirty Day Notice and Termination Fee
1. Thirty days notice to cease lessons must be given to avoid a termination fee.
2. The termination fee is equal to one week of lesson(s).
IV. Refund Policy
No refunds or credits are offered.
